After completing this 2-part series, you will discover how unconscious patterns from the past might be holding you back, by influencing your behaviour in the present and acting as a barrier to getting to where you want to go in the future. We look at ways of revealing those unconscious limitations - that could surface in different areas of your life as multiple problems and challenges - but yet all have just one singular root cause. With this knowledge, you'll be better able to finally release it and let it go!

In this class, we're digging deeper into some of those internal, unconscious limitations that might be getting in your way without you even knowing it! Over the next couple of classes, we'll explore how you can address problems, challenges, and conflicts at the root cause, on a subconscious level. Helping you to take a surface-level problem or a symptom of a problem and investigate it further. For that, we need to understand a bit about how the mind works and I'll use the metaphor of an iceberg two explain this.
